With so many smaller pieces that I create, it was about time that I entered the Webster Arts Small Works XVII exhibition! Lucky me, my Ripples in a Pond #1 piece was accepted. :)

The exhibition will be up through March 31st, at the Webster Groves Public Library. If you get a chance, go check out the incredible art by local artists. You may be surprised by how much beauty and detail can be found in art of a small size.

Started in 2016 by Webster Arts, Small Works hosts two to four shows per year, each on display for one month at the Webster Groves Public Library Gallery. Webster Arts also hosts an artists’ reception, free and open to the public, in which the artists are in attendance to present their works. The artwork is also for sale, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Webster Arts and Webster Groves Public Library, both nonprofit organizations.
